It looked so alone and lonely that I picked it up, read the blurb and bought it. Its pastel color pales in comparison against the vivid and chaotic front covers of Divergent, The Maze Runner, and Shatter Me. The things I was looking for were across the dystopian kind of books and it kind of just stood out. I told myself I won’t buy any books in 2017, but one day, when I went to National Bookstore to look for crafting/scrapbook items. ![]() It’s more important than reading the blurb because I wouldn’t pay attention if the book didn’t call me. Here’s the story on how I got my hands on this. People come to Italy for love and gelato, someone tells her, but sometimes they discover much more.
